UFS101- 4th Vocabulary Entry

1. Genuinely.
    Meaning : Honestly or in a sincere way.
    Example : I'm genuinely sorry for the problems I've caused you.

2. Trait.
    Meaning : A particular quality in someone's character.
    Example : One of his less attractive trait is criticizing his wife in public.

3. Affects.
    Meaning : To change or influence something.
    Example : The disease affects many different organs of the body.

4. Leadership.
    Meaning : The qualities and skills of a good leader.
    Example : The complaints from the club seem to be that the Prime Minister isn't showing
                       enough leadership.

5. Exhibits.
    Meaning : Object or collection of objects displayed for the public.
    Example : The museum has some interesting new exhibits from India.

6. Humble.
    Meaning : Not proud and not thinking you are better than other people.
    Example : He was a genuinely humble man.

7. Worrying.
    Meaning : Causing you to feel worried.
    Example : The most worrying trend is the sharp decline in young readers.

8. Perfection.
    Meaning : A state in which someone or something is perfect or as good as they can be.
    Example : Dennis always seeks perfection in his girlfriends.

9. Selfishness.
    Meaning : Thinking first of one's own interests, needs and others without concern for
                       others.
    Example : Because of his selfishness, many people hated him a lot.

10. Sacrifice.
     Meaning : To give up something important or valuable so that you or other people can do
                        or have something else.
     Example : Most of the speeches on D-Day will focus on the sacrifice of the World War II
                        generation.
